The per-kilometre rate covers the vehicle, fuel and driver. Toll tax, state permits, parking charges and driver night allowance are billed separately at actuals and always shown to you before the trip. There are no hidden charges.

Yes. Most outstation bookings carry a 250 km per day minimum (300 km for large coaches). If you travel less, the minimum applies; if you travel more, you are billed only for the actual distance covered.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure are free of charge. Within 24 hours, a nominal charge may apply depending on the vehicle. Rescheduling is free subject to availability — just tell us as early as you can.

Cash, UPI, bank transfer and all major credit and debit cards. Corporate clients can be set up on a monthly credit cycle after the first booking.

Yes. We are GST registered and issue proper tax invoices with duty slips for every trip, which makes reimbursement and corporate accounting straightforward.

Yes. Our booking desk is open 24×7, every day including public holidays, and our yard in Rangpuri — next to Mahipalpur — is about 3 km from Terminal 3, so a car for a night landing is already close by.

Mahipalpur sits beside the airport along NH-48, a short taxi ride from Terminal 3 outside peak hours. Book a pickup with us and the driver meets you at the arrival gate with your name on a placard.

Usually, yes — we can normally have a car with you within 45 minutes anywhere in Delhi NCR. Call rather than message for a last-minute booking so we can dispatch while we talk.

Both are minutes from the terminals. Aerocity has the larger hotels and an Airport Express metro station; Mahipalpur, along NH-48, has more budget hotels and guest houses. We pick up from both for early departures.

We do, on most major routes such as Delhi–Jaipur, Delhi–Agra, Delhi–Chandigarh, Delhi–Haridwar and Jodhpur–Udaipur. One-way rates are lower than round trips since you are not charged for the return leg on these routes.

We are based in Rangpuri, New Delhi and cover all of Delhi NCR — Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad — plus the whole of Rajasthan including Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Jaisalmer, Bikaner, Pushkar and the Shekhawati belt. We also run outstation trips to Agra, Mathura, Haridwar, Rishikesh, Shimla, Manali, Chandigarh, Amritsar and beyond.

October to March, when Delhi, Agra and Jaipur are pleasant to walk all day. Summer trips are cheaper but hot, so plan the monuments for early morning.

Every driver holds a valid commercial licence, is police-verified, and has at least five years of highway experience. They are in uniform, speak Hindi and functional English, and know the routes and stopping points across Rajasthan.

All vehicles carry valid all-India tourist permits, comprehensive insurance, current fitness certificates and pollution certificates. Documents are available in the vehicle for inspection at any time.

A 7 seater SUV such as the Innova Crysta suits up to six people with luggage. A tempo traveller seats 9 to 17 with push-back seats and a separate luggage bay, so a group of eight or more travels together in one vehicle.

Yes — the Mercedes-Benz E-Class and Toyota Fortuner, kept in showroom condition, with a uniformed chauffeur. Floral decoration can be arranged at cost.

Yes. The evening before you travel we send the driver’s name, phone number and the vehicle registration.

Yes. Monthly and long-term rentals include the driver, with servicing and insurance handled by us and a replacement vehicle if yours goes in for service. Rates drop beyond 30 days.

We regularly run three to five vehicles across a two-day function — mini buses for guests, a decorated luxury car for the couple and sedans for family — with one coordinator on a single number throughout.

Yes. Our buses have a public address system with a microphone for the teacher-in-charge, two-by-two seating and an emergency exit, and every vehicle carries an all-India tourist permit and insurance.
